Returns Eligibility
Returns may be accepted for items that are:

Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at Green Tech’s discretion where the item is:
Unused and in original condition
Returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging
Returned within the stated return period on the listing
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in original condition. Returns that are used, damaged, altered, missing parts, or not in resaleable condition may receive a reduced refund in accordance with Condition of Returned Items Policy.

Before returning an item, buyers must contact Green Tech with:

Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method in line with eBay policies.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable for change-of-mind returns unless required by law.
Return Shipping
Green Tech will cover return postage costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Buyers may be responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Customers are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
